I have used this company consistently for several years now and today is the last day I will use them. Our ride apparently showed up 32 minutes after our pick up time and I had already taken another ride. They claim to be open 24 hours a day yet no one answers the phone. They then send you a text and don't respond to that either. Customer service is lacking all the way to the top. Sorry for all the drivers who were on time before, I cannot risk not having a ride that's why I chose to pay this high fee for service, reliability. They have proven they are not reliable

I use Austin Choice Limo for my corporate travel and must say the black cars on their fleet are beautiful and well kept. Their chauffeurs are also very professional and are knowledgeable of the Austin area. We are hosting an event in Austin early February and without a doubt I’ll be reaching out to them to coordinate our airport transport and shuttle bus services.
As a traveler from out of state AND trying to plan a surprise arrival - getting transportation was essential and ABSOLUTELY needed to be seamless. After sending emails through a few websites, I was contacting within an hour by Austin Choice Executive. The booking and confirmation process was seamless. I was impressed by all aspects of the reservation process and was giddy when I was told that the driver would actually meet me inside baggage claim. And to make it ever better, the driver would at the bottom of the escalator in Austin airport. Oh, come on?!?!! What woman in her 40’s has not fantasized about coming down an escalator to see a man holding a sign for you? Seriously!! Anyways, it was my name in large font on an iPhone....but it counts!! In all seriousness though, it was so convenient to be greeted in person, have assistance with bags and be able to walk
I had a wedding going on and these guys did my transportation services. Boy did they not only meet my expectations but they exceeded it! The driver was early, friendly, attentive to our needs, and a great driver! I'm going to be using these guys from now on since I've had unpleasant experiences with other companies.
