We were lucky enough to have Doug as our tour guy and I couldn’t recommend him more, funny, charming and incredibly knowledgeable about the city. Much more intimate tour than the larger buses. Very comfortable and great views.
Amazing tour, nice two hour tour as a springboard to find other things to explore around Austin or a good overall review for a one-day trip. Jaye was an amazing guide who gave so many insightful details outside the recorded scripts.
Jaye was awesome. I really learned a lot on the tour. He was really informative and patient. I have never been on an Austin tour. My wife and I enjoyed our first experience. Please take advantage of this opportunity. Great views and information.
Well well well.. What can I say.. Doug was a super star! Not only did Mary slip me in on a tour last minute but Doug was an absolute gentleman and superstar to take me on a tour FOR ONE!!! Most tour companies wouldn't do that and would try and fit you on another day but honestly it was kinda awesome to see the sights of Austin at a pace I liked and still have time to see the sights and relax in the air conditioned bus (IT WAS HOT OUT LOL) I think given the fact that I am a talker, would have been nice to have others on the tour but Doug made me feel very safe and comfortable. Canoli's & coffee were on point too from Mozart's Coffee Roasters! All in all, a win for everyone and this Aussie was "Happy as Larry" as we say here lol
Enjoyed the tour of Austin. It was the 90 minutes and supposed to have 1 stop, but didn’t. Austin is a mess with traffic and construction, so it was nice to see it with a driver and the comfort of a nice van. I would suggest they route by El Arroyo to see their board as they sell the books and car coasters in the gift shop. And it is well known through FB post!!! I didn’t know it was in Austin until seeing the display in the gift shop. The Mean Eyed Cat Bar across the street from it also has an interesting look and story. Both were on our bucket list to find and shocked they were directly across from each other!
