Was driving down the I-35 when bus 3850 was weaving in and out of traffic trying to get ahead of everyone. This bus caused multiple cars to have to slam on their breaks. This company should hire better drivers - they obviously aren’t concerned with customer safety.
Now, my church chartered a bus on Sunday, August 6, 2023 for a hour and 45 minute ride to another church. I received a call from "Crystal" some person on night/ call shift confirming my reservation at 8:45 pm Saturday night. A day before the trip!She went over Everything that I had requested. Then told me I would get a bus with Working DVD player and a working PA system. Both would be working!!! Upon arrival at the church, the bus driver informed me that "My" bus had gotten "Pulled" ( bus assigned to my trip taken away) DVD player did Not Work!! The bus gears were Grinding,, Overhead compartments (4) to be exact were swinging open and closed throughout the whole trip, they would not lock! and on top of that the air conditioner was a minimal cool. Horrible trip and charter! Had people complaining thinking the bus would break down and honestly it sounded terrible!.I Don't think it was right to assign and promise someone a working, functional bus and give it to some other customer! And send me "Trash" You should honor what you say and compensate our church for that mess of transportation you send us. For the amount of money you charged! Bus was pretty clean and pretty safe. Several seat belt buckles were falling apart but still operarional. Drivers clearly get paid by the hour. One drivers (Stephanie), out of 5 for our 20 hour round trip, cost us 6 extra hours. She wasted a good chunk of that in long stops but also drove a maximum of 45 mph and we often clocked her at 40 in a 65. Cars were trying to run us off the road for going too slow. I needed to get home in time to watch my kids but didn’t make it in time so my wife missed a day of work and a hospital went short a nurse for a day so Stephanie could squeeze out a couple extra bucks.
My first time riding red coach first of all the bus was 30 mins late I was going from San Antonio to Richardson on Friday 23 when I got on the bus the seats was comfortable, the bus had a bad smell to it, we was told we can't use the restroom on the bus because it wasn't not service keep in mind we're on the bus for 5 hrs... So there was no restroom breaks ,none of the outlets was working, the driver drove so fast we almost had accident, my first experience was not good.
Driving down i-10 outside of San Antonio bus driver just pulls over into the passing lane, my safety camera didn't even catch it I had to slam on my brakes. You guys got drivers like this, y'all need to figure something out because that's dangerous. They definitely shouldn't be cutting people off. The number on the back of the bus is 67794 Not only is this person putting his passengers in danger, but he's also put another drivers in danger as well as himself. You guys really need they haven't talked with that driver!!!
