The Double Decker tourist bus in Austin was a great experience. Our guide on the day (Phil) did an awesome job of explaining the history of Austin as well as some lesser known facts. Well worth the $. Highly recommend early on in your stay.
We really enjoyed this tour!. It was our first time visiting Austin, and we were able to see and explore the downtown area. The top deck provided awesome views and thankfully we felt a breeze - the weather was quite nice. The tour guide was knowledgeable and humorous. **Side note: It may be best to sit on the left side if you're on the top deck as there are less branches on the route. Trees are in full bloom, so just be mindful. 🤠Guidance will be provided.
We took the tour the day after Christmas. I have lived in Austin 41 years but still learned so much . The guide Phil is knowledgable and entertaining and the driver Mike smoothly drove the bus through some very challenging streets. They make a great team.I would highly recommend this experience to tourists and locals alike!
Wonderful!! Highly recommended. Great way to see San Antonio and get an idea of the popular destinations. They have 18 different stops. Easy to get on and off. All drivers and staff are helpful.
Good informative tour of Austin. Although there is nothing much to get out of the tour as there is nothing much to explore in Austin (compared to places like San Francisco, NY), but still you can get a feel of the city and the places/restaurants which you can plan to visit.
